This role plays a pivotal part in the Financial Planning process, requiring a skilled and diligent individual who can handle client queries and general tasks with ease.

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out various administrative tasks
  • Managing incoming correspondence, including mail, scanning, and filing
  • Scheduling client meetings
  • Preparing client files for appointments
  • Pursuing new business opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Updating relevant documentation, including fact finds and AML checks
  • Creating valuations and obtaining quotes
  • Fostering relationships with suppliers

A strong background in using document management systems and financial planning software such as Xplan, Adviser Office is desirable. Experience within an IFA firm, specifically in investment and pensions, along with relevant qualifications or a willingness to pursue them, would be an added advantage.

For this role, we anticipate a salary of around £38,000-£48,000 per annum.
