Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Assist in creating a personalized shopping experience for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Contribute to maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment, adhering to brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention initiatives to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, brand initiatives, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive store culture, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales or retail environment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
