Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Team Member to join our team at Anglo Scottish Leisure Ltd. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring that their experience at our venue is nothing short of magical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring that they feel valued and respected throughout their stay.
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure that all weddings and events run smoothly and to plan.
  • Assist with the service of canapés, wedding breakfast, and other events as required.
  • Clear tables and ensure that the dining area is clean and tidy at all times.
  • Be aware of allergens and take steps to ensure that guests with allergies are catered for.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to achieve excellent customer service and high standards of quality.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Knowledge of allergens and ability to take steps to ensure that guests with allergies are catered for.
