Front of House Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a Front of House Assistant to join our team at Laithwaites Wines in Gloucester. As a Front of House Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling card payments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our customers
  • Clean and maintain the front of house area, including washing up and ensuring a clean and tidy environment
  • Handle card payments and process transactions efficiently
