We're seeking a talented Front of House Team Member to join our team at Twelve Bells Beefeater in Gloucester. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
  • Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to deliver exceptional service standards
  • Assist with the management of the restaurant floor, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling customer queries
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
