Job Title: Customer Service Advisor B2B Home Ware

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Customer Service Advisor to join our team at House of Fashion Associates Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our B2B customers via email and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle consumer complaints, queries, and requests received via email and phone.
  • Manage up to 100 calls per day and respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Align with inter-departments to ensure all complaints, queries, and requests are closed within the stipulated SLAs.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Drive and foster brand loyalty among customers through effective complaint resolution.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of inbound call centre experience.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft Office suite and reporting skills.
  • Soft spoken and supportive demeanor.
  • Ability to type 40-60 words per minute.
  • Effective and proactive listener.
  • Hands-on experience with Freshdesk, Zendesk, Kapture, SAP, and Shopify.

What We Offer:

  • Full-time position.
  • Salary up to £25,000 per annum.

  • 25 days plus 8 bank holidays.

Working Hours: Hybrid role, 2 years within a call centre environment with good interpersonal skills.
