Inclusive Learning Support

We are seeking an Inclusive Learning Support to join our team in Barking & Dagenham. As an Inclusive Learning Support, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored learning plans for students with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) within our Additional Resource Provision (ARP).
You'll assist students with academic, social, and personal care needs, ensuring they feel comfortable and secure in their learning environment. Each child's program is carefully adapted to suit their unique strengths and challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and small-group support for students with autism
* Assist with personal care, including toileting and hygiene routines
* Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to implement tailored learning plans
* Encourage social interaction and support students in developing positive relationships with peers
* Maintain a safe and structured learning environment that promotes growth and confidence
The estimated salary for this role is £85-£100 per day.
