About the Role

We are seeking experienced consultants to join our Value & Access team at HEOR. As a strategic consultant, you will play a key role in developing and implementing market access strategies to secure reimbursement and access success for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project and Programme Management: Lead and manage projects and programmes across various functions and client accounts to ensure technically accurate and strategically relevant client delivery.
  • Strategic Consultancy: Provide high-quality programme management and strategic consultancy input to programmes of work, ensuring client requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Collaboration and Coaching: Collaborate with and coach our highly skilled technical experts to deliver high-impact deliverables and engagements for our clients.
  • Proposal Development: Develop proposals and contribute to pitch meetings to secure new business opportunities.
  • Account Development: Develop and grow business with established clients, identifying new opportunities and building long-term trusted partnerships.
  • Thought Leadership: Develop an external presence through thought leadership and conference attendance, depending on level of experience.
  • Line Management: Provide line management and coaching responsibilities to team members.
Requirements
  • Experience in HEOR Functional Areas: Have experience in one or more HEOR functional areas, including health economics, data science, value communication, and evidence synthesis.
  • Programme Management: Have experience in managing and leading multi-disciplinary market access programmes of work.
  • Project Leadership: Have experience leading projects independently and developing proposals.
  • Proposal Writing: Have experience in proposal writing and contributing to pitch meetings.
  • People Management: Have experience in people management and coaching.
