Deliver Impactful Market Access Strategies

We are seeking a Senior Market Access Consultant to join our Value & Access team at HEOR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing market access strategies to secure reimbursement and access success for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project and programme management across a range of functions and client accounts to ensure technically accurate and strategically relevant client delivery
  • Provide strategic consultancy input to programmes of work ensuring client requirements are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with and coach our highly skilled technical experts to deliver high-impact deliverables and engagements for our clients
  • Develop and contribute to proposal development and pitch meetings
  • Account development and partnership building, identifying new opportunities and growing business with established clients
  • Develop an external presence via thought leadership and conference attendance

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more HEOR functional areas, including health economics, data science, value communication, and evidence synthesis. You will also need to demonstrate an aptitude and desire to gain a broad understanding of all HEOR offerings and provide strong programme management skills.

  • Experience in managing and leading multi-disciplinary market access programmes of work
  • Experience leading projects independently
  • Proposal writing experience
  • A passion for developing long-term trusted partnerships with clients
  • People management experience
