About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Consultant to join our Value & Access team at HEOR. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients, working collaboratively with our technical teams to create long-term strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects across various functions and client accounts, ensuring technically accurate and strategically relevant client delivery.
  • Provide strategic consultancy input to programmes of work, ensuring client requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with and coach our technical experts to deliver high-impact deliverables and engagements for our clients.
  • Develop and contribute to proposals, and participate in pitch meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities and growing business with established clients.
  • Represent the company externally through thought leadership and conference attendance.
  • Line manage and coach team members.
Requirements
  • Experience in one or more HEOR functional areas, including health economics, data science, value communication, and evidence synthesis.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading multi-disciplinary market access programmes of work.
  • Ability to lead projects independently and make strategic decisions.
  • Strong proposal writing skills.
  • A passion for developing long-term trusted partnerships with clients.
  • Experience in people management.
