Insurance Account Handler Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our team in Northampton. As an Insurance Account Handler, you will be responsible for supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with queries and provide excellent customer service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service targets

Requirements:

  • Experience in the Insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and able to use initiative
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills
