The Role

We're seeking a passionate and self-motivated Delegate Sales Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving event attendance, product engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute delegate sales strategies by handling in-bound inquiries and conducting outbound sales campaigns based on intelligent research.
  • Curate each event audience by ensuring high-seniority and balanced industry representation.
  • Process delegate transactions, ticket swaps, and attendance policies, and provide ongoing support to delegates.
  • Conduct primary research on industry direction, client values, and organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with partnership, marketing, conference production, and product teams to share insights and ensure cohesiveness.
  • Support individuals in leveraging our services to drive climate impact and achieve key objectives.
  • Network with target clients to build relationships and drive repeat custom or upselling opportunities.

Requirements
