About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Support Manager to join our Central Service team at Hestia Housing Support. As a Business Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the CEO's office, providing administrative support, developing reporting systems, and ensuring effective communication flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the CEO and Head of Chief Executive's Office, including developing and implementing management reporting systems and structures.
- Reporting Systems: Develop and implement reporting systems to enhance organisational efficiency, working closely with colleagues to receive timely reports and meet agreed deadlines.
- Communication Flow: Establish and manage processes for key external and internal communications, requiring oversight and input from the Head of Chief Executive's Office.
- Briefing Documents: Prepare briefing documents for critical meetings, drafting as required, for the Executive Directorship and in response to current events, including debates and developments related to Hestia's work.
- Governance Records: Support the Chief Executive and Head of Chief Executive's Office in maintaining Governance records and processing information.
- Culture Change: Liaise and disseminate communications on behalf of the Head of Chief Executive's Office and Chief Executive, promoting innovation and culture change internally.
- Engagements: Represent Hestia and support the Executive Directorship with external and internal engagements.
Requirements
- Proven line management experience.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in office management in a complex organisation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with confidence and ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organisation.
- A high level of written communication.
- A proactive problem-solver able to multi-task and deliver to consistently high standards in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits
