Job Title: Clinical Specialist Mammographer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Specialist Mammographer to join our team at JS3 Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Breast Imaging Services, you will be responsible for performing quality control functions related to mammography and Bone Density scanning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality control functions related to mammography and Bone Density scanning
  • Undertake administrative duties such as bookings and reporting involved in the Mammography service
  • Utilise and understand the PACS and DR/CR system
  • Participate in symptomatic breast clinics and assist as required with biopsies
  • Carry out screening mammography and DEXA scans and assist with ultrasounds
  • Work as a senior member of the team responsible for maintaining and developing the mammography/radiology service
  • Ability to connect and communicate appropriately with the patient group

Requirements:

  • BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography or Equivalent
  • Post Grad experience/Certificate in Mammography or equivalent
  • HCPC Registration
