Clinical Lead Psychiatrist
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead Psychiatrist to join our Male PICU service at a hospital in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of mental health professionals and provide expert psychiatric care to patients with complex needs.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar setting and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of mental health professionals
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide expert psychiatric care to patients
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A medical degree and specialist training in psychiatry
- Experience working in a similar setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £160,000 - £165,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a generous benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
