Property Management Opportunity

At PSD Group, we are seeking a skilled Property Management professional to join our small property team. As a Property Management/General Practice Surveyor/Estates Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our property estate and assisting the Property Director with acquisitions and disposals when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date property records are maintained.
  • Instruct advisors on Landlord and Tenant matters, including party wall, planning, premises and pavement licensing, and other ancillary agreements.
  • Liaise with landlords and advisors on lease obligations, including licences for alterations.
  • Ensure service charges billed to the company are fair and reasonable.
  • Instruct advisors on business rates matters, challenges, and budgeting; address related queries.
  • Work closely with the Property Director to maximise property value and explore development opportunities.
  • Take a strategic approach to property matters, including identifying growth opportunities.
  • Provide clear property advice and information to the wider business.

  • A keen interest in and understanding of the licensed retail market, with enthusiasm for the business and the role.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and manage stakeholders effectively at all levels.

To thrive in this challenging and rewarding role, you will ideally possess:

  • A relevant property qualification (RICS) or be working towards one.
  • A real desire to work in a multifaceted client-side role.
  • Experience managing a multisite property portfolio.
  • A commercial mindset, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work within tight deadlines.
