About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at MDE Group UK. As a key member of our commercial solar development team, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tender writing and submission processes, as well as experience in managing and developing relationships with introducing partners. They will also be able to negotiate and close high-value contracts with large organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure large-scale commercial and industrial solar projects.
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders in major organisations.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality tenders, ensuring alignment with client requirements and deadlines.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the sales cycle to effectively close deals.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven track record of securing large-scale commercial solar projects.
  • Strong experience in tender writing and submission processes.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and developing relationships with introducing partners.
  • Experience negotiating and closing high-value contracts with large organisations.
