Business Growth Strategist

Location: Lancashire and travel required.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Business Growth Strategist to join our client's team and help drive their business forward in the UK commercial solar market. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve significant revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic planning, relationship-building, and deal negotiation. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business growth strategy for the renewable energy division.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts and deals.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and relevant policies.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience negotiating and closing high-value contracts and deals.
  • Good knowledge of funding options, including Power Purchase Agreements (PPA).
  • Familiarity with renewable energy policies and market trends.
