ScaleX® Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled Business Development Coordinator to support the sales team in daily operations and activities.

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to assist with operational activities, foster strong relationships with customers, and ensure alignment with company targets and long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in daily operations and activities, ensuring alignment with company targets and long-term vision.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers regarding quotes, orders, and tender opportunities, keeping them informed of status updates within agreed timescales.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline and customer account records through the CRM system.
  • Support lead generation efforts and manage incoming inquiries to ensure timely responses.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales support or business development, preferably within the electrical or similar industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems for effectively managing customer accounts and tracking the sales pipeline.
  • Strong organisational, planning, administrative, and communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to achieving goals and supporting the sales team.
