About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate IDVA Support Worker to join our team in Ammanford. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals affected by domestic violence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with service users to manage their needs and provide emotional support and guidance.
  • Liaise with other agencies to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting individuals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective service delivery.
