You will work within our Residential, Supported Living, and Domiciliary Care services, providing person-centred support that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being.

As a Care Support Worker, you will be trained to offer a wide range of activities that are tailored to the individual's needs and preferences. You will work closely with the care team to ensure that each person receives the support they need to live a fulfilling life. You will also be responsible for promoting independence, choice, dignity, and privacy, and for providing focused support to assist individuals with daily tasks, personal care, and medication needs.

We offer a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise within a supportive Social Care team. We believe that everyone should be given the opportunity to succeed and to achieve their goals and aspirations in life, and we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.
