Fantastic Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a caring and passionate Support Worker to join our Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs. The service is located in Cross Hands and supports adults aged between 18 - 65.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for encouraging independence and supporting individuals to make their own choices. You will ensure the safety of the service users, follow care plans for each individual, and participate in arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips.
