We are seeking a caring and passionate Support Worker to join our Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing specialist support to individuals, enabling them to live happy, healthy, and meaningful lives.

About the Role
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting independence and choice.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of service users, following care plans and guidelines.
  • Take service users out into the community, participating in activities such as arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips.
  • Assist with varying levels of personal care, ensuring dignity and respect.
Requirements
  • No experience is required, but a caring nature and resilience are essential.
  • Must be a driver, due to the nature of the role.
  • Happy to provide personal care and support individuals with complex needs.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £26,477 - £26,962 (including sleeps) + plenty of overtime available.
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week + 1 sleep per week.
  • Permanent contract with a variety of shifts, including optional sleeps and weekends.
  • Location: Ammanford, Carmarthenshire.
