About this Opportunity:

Fawkes & Reece South is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team as part of a large framework in the South. The successful candidate will work on a project worth over 80m, utilizing a NEC contract and handling earthworks, drainage installation, and pilling.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will report to a Senior Quantity Surveyor and be responsible for commercial administration, including:

  • Accurate monthly forecasting and agreeing on variations
  • Producing and sending subcontractors enquiries
  • Preparing and submitting final accounts
  • Managing change and producing compensation events

Requirements:

Qualifications include a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, experience working on civil engineering or infrastructure projects, and eligibility to work in the UK.
