Become a Residential Agency Manager with Us

We are looking for a highly motivated Residential Agency Manager to join our team at Broccoli Cupcake. As a key member of our property division, you will work closely with our clients to provide expert advice on their properties.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing marketing reports and guide prices for sales, obtaining instructions, writing particulars of sale, discharging the instruction in a timely and well communicated manner, ensuring completion of sales with solicitors, and the payment of fees. You will also generate articles on the residential agency market, write advisory leaflets, technical notes, and press releases, brief and communicate effectively to potential and existing clients, professional introducers of work, and all staff within the practice, market and promote the organisation to new clients and other professions, whilst maintaining existing client relationships, research and keep up to date with any relevant property developments, general administrative duties, being responsible for the Kettering agency budget, managing fee targets, updating sales information and processes, and preparing reports.

The ideal candidate will have an existing knowledge and proven ability as a negotiator and residential agency manager with excellent communication skills, an ability to manage people, financial management, including an agency budget, and act unsupervised.

We offer an estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including all the appropriate professional memberships, fund your attendance at relevant CPD events, time off for approved training, private healthcare scheme, employee assistance programme, agile working philosophy, entitlement of 35 days holiday per annum (pro rata to working hours) inclusive of bank holidays, additional day off to celebrate your Birthday, additional day of holiday for every 3 years of service, potential for discretionary bonus, enhanced workplace pension scheme operated through The National Employment Savings Trust (NEST), access to employee loan, employee discount on Berrys services, salary sacrifice schemes for Electric Vehicles and Cycle to Work schemes.
