About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Simulation Facilitator to join our team at University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. As a Simulation Facilitator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality simulation training programs to healthcare professionals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate specialized simulation training programs.
  • Research and design the underpinning components, best clinical practice, and competency criteria.
  • Provide simulation training, promoting and adhering to the principles of improving individual skills and handling emergencies.
  • Actively contribute to the support of trainees and assessors within the clinical area.
  • Collate accurate education and training records in line with best practice and adhering to Trust guidelines.

Requirements

  • Registered Health Care professional.
  • Broad Clinical Experience.
  • Evidence of Education/Simulation/Human Factor Delivery.
