Job Description

**Event Producer - Media Company**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Producer to join our team at Media Search Inc. as a Conference Producer - Investment Publisher. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our award-winning events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage events from start to finish, ensuring they meet financial and attendance targets.
  • Conduct thorough research to develop new agendas and events, and prioritize tasks to deliver high-quality events.
  • Write engaging copy and work with the marketing team to promote events on various platforms.
  • Keep event content up-to-date on our conference websites and run pre-and-post-event briefing calls with sponsors and speakers.
  • Collaborate with the sponsorship team to deliver high-quality sponsor content and ensure smooth event delivery onsite or virtually.
  • Continuously update event formats to keep them fresh and engaging for our audience.
  • Launch new conferences for existing and new audiences.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience producing content for conferences and content-led events.
  • Comfortable with telephone research and commercial acumen to identify new niches and opportunities.
