Event Producer

Join Ilfordbid as an Event Producer and take on a challenging role that requires strong organizational and communication skills. As an Event Producer, you will be responsible for the safe delivery of the Culture & Libraries event programme, including Redbridge Outdoor Arts, Fabula Festival, Black History Month, Day of the Dead, and Christmas.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead on the administration of town centre and outdoor spaces applications to the council, applying for Temporary Event Notices, drafting Risk Assessments, producing Method Statements, and collating relevant health and safety documentation from artists.
- Lead on artist liaison, checking through artists' technical requirements and documentation, conducting site visits in person or virtually, booking accommodation, raising invoices, and drafting contracts.
- Recruit and manage event casuals, volunteers, and event contractors, ensuring the welfare of artists throughout the duration of the event.
- Be responsible for the pick-up and delivery of event equipment, keeping inventories up to date, and managing the event store.
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. A DBS will be required for all regulated positions.
