Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Kiwi Bulford Barracks. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the day-to-day running of our convenience store.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Operations: Sell products and operate the till system to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Stock Management: Communicate with line supervisors about stock deliveries, replenishment, and rotation to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Cleaning and Facilities: Carry out cleaning duties in all aspects of the store and facilities to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Qualifications:
  • Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail is beneficial but not essential, as we provide full support and training.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop good knowledge of products and services across the store to make informed recommendations to customers.
  • Digital Capability: Demonstrate a good level of digital capability and use of digital tools and applications to stay up-to-date with the latest technology.
  • Customer Service: Understand customer needs and identify selling opportunities to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Adaptability: Adapt to changing situations and priorities to ensure seamless service delivery.

Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, plus benefits including a pension scheme, learning and development opportunities, and a cycle to work scheme.
