About the Role:

Dornan is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Control Specialist to join our team. As a QAQC Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our installations and delivering exceptional results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections of construction installations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Identify and document defects or areas for improvement, and work with the construction team to implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and excellence in our work.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure that quality objectives are met and exceeded.
  • Provide training and guidance to construction staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Conduct quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their quality expectations are met.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a quality assurance or control role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
