Located in central Reading, our client is seeking a Debt Recovery Specialist to join their accounts team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in credit control or sales ledger management and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of calls and emails.

We are looking for someone who can maintain and update customer records, raise invoices in a timely manner, chase outstanding debt, allocate incoming payments, manage Sales Ledger queries, send and reconcile customer statements, monitor KPIs, and attend weekly debt meetings.

This role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a reputable firm in the finance industry.

You will need to be able to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders, and have strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

A basic understanding of Excel spreadsheets is also required.

The estimated salary for this position is around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
