The Role:

We are seeking an Exhibition Portfolio Manager to take control of client management on key accounts and work closely with the project management team to deliver core services of expos and exhibitions. The successful candidate will have a proven capability in account management within an event/exhibition setting and an understanding of exhibition services and set up.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key client accounts
  • Offer bespoke solutions for exhibition services including shell schemes, flooring, graphics, signage, and power
  • Liaise with venues and organisers to deliver on core exhibition services
  • Work closely with the project management team to deliver onsite
  • Account retention and growth
  • Prepare detailed proposals and quotations
  • Coordinate logistics

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management within an event/exhibition setting
  • Understanding of exhibition services and set up
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
