Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Exhibition Programme Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the delivery of exhibitions in our Paccar Galleries.

About the Role:

  1. Management of Exhibition Schedule: You will be responsible for managing the overall exhibition schedule, working closely with the interpretation manager and exhibitions coordinator.
  2. Budget Management: You will need to manage allocated budgets for exhibitions, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  3. Design and Build Oversight: You will oversee the design and build of exhibitions, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  4. Line Management: You will lead a team of two exhibition coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in Exhibition Organisation: Extensive experience in exhibition organisation, with knowledge of exhibition design and build processes.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
