Risk Management Expert
We are looking for a highly skilled Risk Management Expert to join our team at Access Talent Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mitigating risks associated with our construction projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
Job Description:
- Manage and mitigate risks associated with construction projects.
- Conduct regular site audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend mitigation measures.
- Develop and deliver training programs to onsite teams, ensuring all workers are educated on the latest safety practices.
- Stay up to date with local and EU regulations, ensuring all projects are compliant with health and safety laws.
- Communicate risk management protocols and updates with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring alignment on risk expectations.
- Maintain thorough documentation of risk management protocols, risk assessments, and incident reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field. NEBOSH certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in health and safety roles within the construction sector, preferably in large-scale civil or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of construction safety regulations, with the ability to implement and enforce them effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional European languages (such as Swedish) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Europe to oversee multiple project sites.
Compensation Package:
The salary for this role is estimated to be between €65,000 - €85,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
