About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead our data center construction projects. This role requires excellent leadership and technical skills, with a strong focus on project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee electrical engineering aspects of data center construction projects, ensuring compliance with local codes and international standards.
  • Design and Development: Lead the development of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and fire safety systems.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical designs into overall project plans.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control processes, conducting regular site inspections and audits.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to onsite teams, ensuring safe and efficient electrical installations.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for electrical engineering matters with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
  • Resource Management: Manage resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize project performance.
  • Health & Safety: Promote a culture of safety, ensuring all electrical work complies with health and safety regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in electrical engineering within the construction industry, preferably in data centers, commercial, or industrial projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical design software, strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations.
  • Leadership: Proven track record in leading and managing engineering teams, with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
