Branch Manager Opportunity at Connells

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our residential sales team at Connells in Leicester.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operations of the branch, driving sales and managing staff
  • Ensure exceptional customer service delivery
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales agents
  • Set and achieve sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the real estate industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Exceptional customer care/service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hold a Full UK driving license
