Job Summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment is recruiting for a UK Project Manager to lead HVAC and building services projects across the UK. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects, managing teams, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from initial planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
  • Lead a team of Installation Engineers and subcontractors on site-based projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Negotiate and purchase materials, supervise labor, and commissioning projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in the mechanical or building services sector
  • Proven track record of delivering high-profile projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements

Package Details

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package, including a basic salary up to £60,000 per annum, with an OTE of up to £80,000, including bonus scheme, car allowance, and employee-owned trust scheme.
