Quantity Surveyor Job Description

beBee Professionals is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for estimating costs, monitoring budgets, and negotiating contracts to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Estimation: Develop detailed quantity requirements and estimate costs for construction projects.
  • Budget Management: Monitor construction budgets and track expenses to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best pricing.
  • Project Review: Review and update project costs as construction work progresses.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
