As a Responsible Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing our Human Rights policy into Offer and Sourcing. Your goals are to support O&S's growth, assure customer confidence, and support the O&S Sustainability team and wider O&S functions.

Main Responsibilities:
•Prioritise and manage the programme of ethical supplier audits
•Manage post-audit corrective action plans
•Develop and deliver training on ethical and environmental policies
•Assist in developing a framework to demonstrate continuous improvement in labour standards and environmental practices
•Support the identification of key issues and corresponding solutions, trends, and themes in Responsible Sourcing/ethical factory management
•Manage and maintain regular reports and conduct analysis based on information collected
•Maintain and manage due diligence processes to complement O&S Ethical and Environmental policies

You'll bring:
