Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Ribbon Solutions Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing platform upgrades, creating Proof of Concepts, and managing proactive monitoring.

As a Technical Ribbon Solutions Engineer, you will also be responsible for mentoring junior staff, creating and updating internal documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of platform upgrades
  • Creation of Proof of Concepts
  • Management of proactive monitoring
  • Mentoring and coaching of junior staff
  • Creation and update of internal documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of technical experience with Ribbon Core SBC
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented approach
  • Experience of creating technical documentation
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills
  • Customer-focused, business-oriented, able to exercise independent planning and judgement

Education & Training:

  • SBC Core Support Professional Certification
  • PSX Support Professional Certification
  • Any other Ribbon certifications
  • Relevant and proven Industry experience

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Ribbon SBC Edge
  • Ribbon Analytics/Protect
  • Ribbon EMS/RAMP
  • Other SBC Products
  • Linux
  • Good understanding of UDP & TCP

Salary: £65,000 per annum.
