As an Assessment Solutions Consultant at RM Education, you will play a key role in defining and communicating assessment solutions to both prospective and existing customers, as well as the Business Development team and Account Management areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with new prospects and developing solution proposals for innovative high-stakes assessment opportunities.
- Providing product and assessment expertise to protect and expand both existing and new customer relationships to generate growth across the digital assessment portfolio.
- Collaborating with the Head of Growth Enablement and other Assessment Solution Consultants to ensure an aligned vision across the team.
- Designing and articulating solutions that include the broad range of products and services in the RM portfolio, and inputting to high-quality tender responses.
- Working with the Head of Propositions, Product Managers, and Service Architects to keep them informed of the solutions required by our customers and the wider market that will unlock growth in RM's business.
Requirements:
- Experience of designing assessment solutions for new or existing customers.
- Business analysis skills to build strong customer relationships and understand their needs.
- Ability to scope functional requirements for opportunities and consult with RM product, development, and technical operations teams as necessary.
- Strong communication and proposal writing skills to articulate solutions and input to high-quality tender responses.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end Software Delivery Life Cycle and the RM product portfolio.
