About the Role

At RM PLC, we're seeking a highly skilled Pre Sales Solution Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Assessment Solutions team, you'll play a crucial role in defining and communicating our assessment solutions to both prospective and existing customers, as well as our Business Development and Account Management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build strong relationships with new prospects and develop solution proposals for innovative high-stakes assessment opportunities.
  2. Provide product and assessment expertise to protect and expand both existing and new customer relationships, generating growth across the digital assessment portfolio.
  3. Collaborate with customers and prospects to identify needs and propose how RM can address those needs.
  4. Lead the design and articulation of solutions that include the broad range of products and services in the RM portfolio.
  5. Input into high-quality tender responses and proposals, prepared in a clear, compelling, and concise manner.
Requirements
  • Experience in designing assessment solutions for new or existing customers.
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident presenter, able to demonstrate RM propositions to new prospects, existing customers, and industry figures.
