Customer Service Representative Part-Time

Our client, a well-established and respected Hearing Healthcare company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Christchurch branch. As the first point of contact for customers, you will provide hearing solutions and advice backed by exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include welcoming customers, providing information and support on hearing loss and solutions, data entry, diary and database management, and maintaining a high standard of presentation in the reception area. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent listening skills, natural empathy, and a positive attitude. If you are a well-presented, friendly, and confident individual with a natural desire to help, we encourage you to apply. Basic responsibilities include:
* Welcoming customers in Centre and via phone
* Providing information and support on hearing loss and solutions
* Data Entry, Diary and Database Management
* Maintaining the reception area to a high standard
