About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Recruitment Liaison to join our team in Northampton. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Supporting candidates throughout their recruitment journey to join the British Army as a Recruiter covering the Milton Keynes area">
  3. Providing an exceptional candidate experience through consultative interviewing and tailored support">
  4. Attending attraction events to raise awareness of Army careers among potential recruits">
  5. Collaborating with educational providers to promote Army career opportunities">
  6. Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive recruitment success">
  7. Utilizing social media tools to attract and engage with candidates">

Requirements:

  1. ">
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills">
  3. IT literacy with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel">
  4. Ability to multitask with attention to detail and follow processes">
  5. Familiarity with Army Careers or recruitment experience is advantageous">
  6. UK driving license is mandatory">
