Mental Health Support Professional

Fulbridge Social Care is recruiting for a SEN Support Worker to join our casual team, working in educational settings with young people aged 11 to 18 who have been placed into the care system.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will provide support and guidance to young people with challenging behavior and complex needs, promoting an environment that caters to their intellectual, spiritual, social, and emotional needs.
This role involves building strong relationships with service users, maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment, and supporting individuals in managing their own behavior using approved skills.
A key aspect of this position is promoting equality and protecting service users from any form of abuse. The successful candidate will also be responsible for writing accurate reports and keeping written records for monitoring purposes.
Fulbridge Social Care offers competitive compensation for this role, estimated at around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
