Job Overview

Eden Futures is a leading provider of support services for adults with disabilities, mental health conditions, and complex needs. We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals in our Supported Living Services.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on mental health-related issues, ensuring seamless transitions between services.
  • Lead on the delivery of mental health-focused interventions, workshops, and group sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and research findings in mental health care.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in psychology, sociology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Post-graduate certification in mental health practice or a related area.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in mental health care, preferably in a residential or community setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport.
