Cafe Support Assistant

Creative Support is a national, fast-growing not-for-profit organisation providing support to individuals with a wide range of care needs. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cafe Support Worker to join our team.
The Role:- To efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- To support individuals with learning disabilities in a busy and vibrant work setting, promoting their skills and confidence.
- To work alongside the wider team to provide practical and emotional support to members, ensuring the efficient general running of the service.
- To prepare healthy, high-quality food and drinks, maintaining food hygiene and health and safety standards.
- Full training provided, including the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
- Probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
