About the Role

Creative Support is a national, fast-growing not-for-profit organisation providing support to individuals with a wide range of care needs. We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in a cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently run the cafe on a day-to-day basis, ensuring high-quality food and drinks are prepared and maintained.
  • Support people with learning disabilities to experience employment and community involvement in our Social Enterprise community cafe in Horsforth.
  • Work alongside people with learning disabilities, encouraging and empowering them to develop skills and confidence in a busy and vibrant work setting.
  • Contribute to the efficient general running of the service, working alongside the wider team to offer practical and emotional support to members as required.

Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Benefits of working with Creative Support include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
