About the Role

Creative Support is a national, fast-growing not-for-profit organisation providing support to individuals with a wide range of care needs. We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in a cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently run the cafe on a day-to-day basis, ensuring high-quality food and drinks are prepared and served.
  • Support people with learning disabilities to develop skills and confidence in a busy and vibrant work setting.
  • Work alongside the wider team to offer practical and emotional support to members as required.
  • Maintain food hygiene and health and safety standards.

Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Benefits include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
