We are seeking an exceptional Headteacher to lead our new school in Durham. This innovative school caters to up to 40 pupils with Autism and other special needs, offering a unique learning environment.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to achieve outstanding educational outcomes and well-being.
- Collaborate with the dedicated central team to ensure seamless support.
- Provide inspirational leadership to motivate staff and drive school success.
- Ensure high-quality learning environments and exceed regulatory standards.
- Manage commercial growth and maintain efficient cost management.
